What we collect
We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to carry out work you have asked us to do. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about the property you own or are looking for. Where you submit a property for listing, we also collect the details and photographs you provide about that property.
Our website does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for financial information, identity documents or payment details through this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to contact you about it by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- To shortlist properties against a requirement you have given us.
- To assess, and where you instruct us, to market a property you own.
- To arrange and confirm property visits.
- To send occasional updates, if you have asked to receive them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Where a transaction requires us to pass details to another party — a seller, a buyer, a surveyor or an advocate — we do so only with your knowledge and only to the extent the transaction requires.
Property details you submit
Information and photographs you submit through our property listing form are used to assess the property and, if you instruct us to proceed, to market it. Submitting the form does not itself create a public listing; nothing is published until we have spoken with you and agreed terms.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies only where they are necessary for the site to function correctly. Where we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site, the data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as is useful to the relationship — property searches often run over months or years — and transaction records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your choices
